Hi Ho everyone! Nick here ready to share some more Jungle Script Scramble updates. Today I’ll be posting 2 images of some of the characters in my bumper. I am planning for the blob to be made up of tribes people with cool brightly colored tribal masks that standout against the blue of the background, and the black of the blob. I designed the rough idea of what my masks would look like and then sent them Jevon’s way for his digital painting touch. After seeing the more detailed version I now have a better idea of how to shade and push the masks a bit further once they are in motion.

The other thing I’ll be “show and telling” with you today with the rough animation test for the blob. I was really trying to challenge my animating abilities with weight and paced blob movement. It was really fun trying to figure out how the thing moved. Thinking of it’s weight, how sticky it is, etc. Well let me know what you think and be sure to show a friend or two.
